Are you referring to the rainbow dance? Yes, I was, but I've also complained to ABC before (about another matter) and not only do they not respond, they ignore it.
I thought I was watching CNN last night.
PS. Suicide isn't any one group's problem. It discriminate and affects white upper class families at the same rate as any other group.
Did you watch AC360's report on the gay college student who jumped of the GW bridge? The two commentators were ridiculous. "Conservative groups want to further their agenda of homophobia by keeping anti-bullying programs out of the schools." One even had the gall to say, "Anyone who works in the schools knows how hard it is to get any program into the schools." I was on the floor laughing. I worked in the public schools for 15 years as an administrator and counselor, and actually, it's just the opposite!! That is why I am homeschooling my children... it is too EASY to get all kinds of ridiculous programs in the schools, and they take time away from reading, writing and math education!!
I'm so sick of CNN, I can only take 5 minutes of AC before I am throwing things at the TV. They are so blatantly one sided! Good riddance Rick Sanchez, I hope AC is next!
I heard today on the radio that Kurt Warner wanted to wear a pink ribbon in honor of supporting breast cancer awarness month (since the NFL players are all wearing pink gear). They told him NO because they didn't want all the stars coming on the show and pushing their agendas. Since when is breast cancer an AGENDA? But then you have Margaret and Louie with their rainbow dance "the gayest thing that has ever happened on DWTS" and Bristol Palin with her speech about being and advocate for team pregnancy...REALLY? How are those NOT agendas? Funny how that seemed to fall through the cracks but Kurt Warner had to sneak a pink tie into his costume since he was denied the permission to wear a pink freakin ribbon for BREAST CANCER!
I am a wife, a mom, a Christian, a small business owner, a journalist and a conservative. This blog is a place where I can express my thoughts and opinions about our country, our president, our media and raising conservative children in a liberal world. I'm honest, unafraid, highly opinionated, and tired of sitting back and letting the mainstream media "represent" moms. Welcome...
